From old boring dollar store tree skirt to no-sew Pretty Ruffled Loveliness

I'm Loving all the great ruffled tree skirts out there in blog land so of course I had to have one too , I will feature other bloggers take on it at the end of the post .

So here is mine I bought a tree skirt at the dollar tree last year and it just didn't fit with my theme this year but of course I couldn't throw it away so off to Pinterest I went to see what I could do to update it and make it all pretty I found this

Tree Skirt

3 Different colors of fabric

Hot glue Gun

Scissors

Re Purpose - Large Butter Container & Freezer Paper Box to Drawer Divider

With No car and No school today was the perfect day to get some cleaning done so I jumped right in and got to work on my very messy kitchen drawers

Im not really sure why there is pretzels and fruit loops in there???

First things First Empty out the mess!

I really wanted to make dividers out of wood but didn't have a car to go to the hardware store so I went on a hunt to see what I could use in the house to help me organize better , I found a empty box from freezer paper and some Tupperware from butter and cream cheese and a tin lasagna pan from the dollar store.

For the Butter Tubs I cut them in half

Here is what is suppose to be the kids lid and straw drawer but it had a bit of everything in it ?

And here are the All DONE views!

Re-Purpose - Chalk Board Labels

Today is My first post on Re purpose today I'm going to use old address labels and contact paper to make chalk board labels .

I had this roll of address labels from our old house that I just couldn't throw away I knew I would find something to use them for well after a year I found it. lol "Chalk Board Labels" I also used this idea on some contact paper I had laying around.

At Walmart I found this chalkboard paint for .75 foam brush I had and of course the labels and contact paper I had so this is pretty easy I'll let the pictures do the talking .
